you know what they say...
you shouldn't talk about politics (especially not on a blog, where you have lots of readers with lots of opinions). We all know why, it's because people get touchy-feely when you say things that they don't like, but Rick Scott says so many ridiculous things that I'm wondering whether he's actually running in the gubernatorial election, or just trying to make an example of the worst way to talk politics.
What do I mean by this? Have you seen his campaign commercial? I would post it here to make an example out of it, but I think that even that is giving it more attention than it deserves (and I only like pretty people's faces on this blog...jay kay). Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and if you can pay to have your opinion broadcast on televisions across Florida then power to you, but you don't have to be nasty about it. Rick Scott's commercial is a trick, a ruthless, tounge stuck out, middle finger in the air. The narrator talks about the Arizona laws casting them in a positive light, like "Do you disagree with the Arizona laws?" "Do you think what's happening there is wrong?" "Well, Rick Scott doesn't. He wants to bring the Arizona laws to Florida." That mind trick is just plain rude, alright I think I've already given this too much attention, but go out and vote wouldja?
