kush's conch salad

lokal has always needed fish dip on the menu. Everytime I'm looking over there menu I get a strong craving for a smoked fish dip and they can't deliver on it. I've asked the bartender to pass along the message - at a place where you can get alligator bites, some fish dip seems par the course.

They got the message at Kush but stepped it up a notch and decided on a  conch salad served with tortilla chips and two spicy sauces.
