una minuta por favor

north miami is quickly becoming one of my favorite neighborhoods to drive around. I snapped this photo just a few blocks from Chef Creole. I'm going to eat there next time because I love a place named after fish but marketing their carne asada. 

There's something really effortless and really beautiful about the type choices in this part of town. This was my favorite example, but most of them were kind of the opposite, really, really plain. Like the most basic hardware store variety letters. There's a weird consistency about it that makes it really interesting. Most likely, I'm over thinking it.
