the word on the street is all the galleries are moving up to the Little River area - let's be sure that we include the art going on inside Vanity Projects in that conversation.
Vanity Projects is an art studio where the canvas is your nail bed. It doesn't feel like a nail salon. It doesn't smell like a nail salon. It doesn't look like a nail salon. And instead of signs with typos, clip art images hands getting a paraffin wax or holding an orchid, they project video art installations onto the walls.
Back to the nail art: they can do anything. Literally, anything, that you want. Take ten minutes (jk, like, an hour at least) and get ready to dive into the Instagram deep hole of nail art that their artists (like @krocaine and @rosebnails) post on their accounts - then circle back to the @vanityprojectsmia account for endless inspiration.
