we decided to read a play this time, it's an old loophole I discovered back in my assigned summer reading days - plays should never take you longer than three hours max to read. If it can be performed in that time, with dramatic pauses and intermission, you should be able to power through. This seemed like the right time to pick a play because of the busy summer travel schedule and Debbie, Cafe Curuba's proprietor suggested we dive into some Beckett.
