Ay Carambola!

a few weeks ago I tried to bring a buzzword into my life and "crowdsourced" carambola recipes. I posted on Instagram (@miaminicemag you fools) and got a surprising amount of replies so I thought I'd share them on here:

  • strawberry starfruit smoothie

  • starfruit sangria

  • cut across with lime and salt

  • starfruit lemonade

I went with the starfruit sangria - because, booze, duh. I kept fishing it out with my fingers, which is always a sign that it's nice.
