we followed GastroPod all the way to the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester Tennessee, so it's no surprise that even amidst the Basel chaos we went to their pop up venture - NoodleHead - behind the Miami Project tent in Midtown.

You don't have to say noodle twice before I'm there. I can't get enough noodles. Seriously, I'm a noodlehead. It all started at the ramen place in Brickell and then it was the bacon and eggs udon at Gigi and lately, I've been spoiled by a new project I'm working on called SooWoo on South Beach - which means lots of ramen made just for me - but more on that later.

Today it's all about art and al dente rigatoni with kale pesto and a soft cooked egg for $12 out of an aluminum box.

did you catch that little mention of Bonnaroo in the first paragraph and think to yourself you've always wanted to go but not sure about the logistics of getting to Coffee County Tennessee from Miami?

We've figured it all out for you - here in our travel guide to Bonnaroo.
