Guest chefs take over the kitchen and give cooking classes that are really more akin to watching the Food Network live with a good glass of wine than actually getting your hands dirty. What could be better?!

Pop into the shop and have an espresso with the owner, go gaga over the hundreds of little things (so many kinds of salt!) that you'll quickly decide you need and go ahead and splurge. What's a life without a plethora of fancy vinegar to get you through it?
