paula mendoza is a colombian designer living in New York but sourcing her materials from Colombia. If there was ever a real emerald city, it's probably in Colombia. 

These ornate jewels feel both raw and upscale, chunky and organic. They're super nice and we can imagine them with a white t or a gala gown. They're more or less, what we're always looking for.
