morningside is my favorite place to drive around and pretend-house-hunt. If you're a fellow faux real estate hunter, you'll understand without any explanation. If you aren't into driving around and scoping the architectural scene, talking about what color you might paint that house or what variety of tropical foliage would make the best privacy fence, you should probably read another post (perhaps this one - about a trip to the Bahamas?)
