Today he launched his online boutique
which, frankly, doesn't mean much more than we now have another place to waste time in wanderlust because if you want a taste of Tomas the place to go is the Design District store. You won't just get a taste, in fact food may be the one thing missing from this lifestyle label, but you will get a scent, eye candy of all kinds and the most wondrous sense of space imagineable. To walk into Tomas Maier is to walk into a bit of a dream life.
There was a rumor that the local store was closing, but we're thinking this news means it'll hang tight for a bit. With the launch of the e-boutique and an upcoming store in Manhattan everyone else will get a little whiff of that life, but for now, it's all ours.
