it's a pretty hardcore risk to order Chinese food, or any takeout for that matter, from one of those mysterious menus that appears tucked into your front door. But sometimes, a girl needs some lo mein, no matter where it comes from. Food poisoning risk? I'll take it.

Turns out, this place, Chef Tian Express, wasn't worth a worry about food poisoning. The vegetables were surprisingly fresh, like actual real vegetetables still the colors they're supposed to be - potentially never canned. The sesame chicken didn't come in a toxic waste color, it was balanced and delicious, not too cripsy, but just fried enough to be delicious and food coma inducing.

The menu says the chef was the former head of

, so it all makes sense. Sometimes that risk yeilds a reward- and we don't just mean a good fortune in the cookie.

what a babe.
