cuban sushi? yeah, cuban sushi.

you read right- it's a trend folks. I've spotted it in two restaurants so far (email me at editormiaminice@gmail.com if you know of others!) Mr. Yum and Barrio Latino.
Sadly, but not surprisingly, sushi doesn't photograph well. So, while these pics look pretty nasty I can vouch for both of them and they are both super delicious.

So, yeah, they both look pretty pretty gross, but they tasted amazing. Enough to go back again. What do you guys think of this trend? Delicious or disgusting?
